we were too two and have ordered both a brushed carving filled with blue cheese and raw ham. we have for bratkartoffel and a pfeffer sauce or a small salate, a ofenkartoffel with sour cream and forest master sauce with mixed mushrooms (corresponding to a sauce bernaise with mixed mushrooms) decided as supplements. We drank cola or maracuja juice choir. Interestingly, we found that all supplements and the sauce are individually added to the putenbrustschnitzel.
