We showed up 40 minutes before the closing time on Sunday when no other way to eat is available in the village (not even a supermarket because I am sure that the owner of this house knows very well). We were sent away with an unexplained “kitchen is closed”. We also noticed that the latest mousses were just served, so it is not as if the kitchen had already been cleaned and cleaned up. Would it have been really difficult to offer us some cold (cheese, cold cuts, salad) instead of leaving two tourists hungry until the next morning? I don't think so.
