On dit qu'on reconnaît un bon restaurant à l'embonpoint du chef de cuisine... alors oubliez ce dicton idiot, parce qu'ici le chef est filiforme. Mais il est avenant, accueillant et talentueux.Généreux dans sa cuisine de par la quantité et la qualité. Les assiettes sont gourmandes et invitent à un voyage gustatif.La carte est cohérente et alléchante. Les prix doux et corrects.La terrasse donne directement sur les champs et est très agréable aussi en fin de journée et au coucher de soleil, les portes de Fribourg et le Jura en arrière plan.On en redemande, le poulet au panier, le poisson poché ou encore les viandes grillées...les sauces et les pommes allumettes... même les légumes sont goûteux. Bref du plaisir à tous les niveaux: convivialité, simplicité, générosité et gourmandise.
in the countryside between düdingen and friborgo this is a well-known and appreciated meeting for the offer of banquets, family parties or weddings. we are on the veranda overlooking the green, we got a half chicken to the savory basket with fries, the ladies prefer a abundant portion of fried perch fish. the service is courteous and fast, the value for money, for children there is a playground outside and a lounge corner to relax. recommended.
we were in the room with approx. 20 people for a famlienfest. children on the playground, adults in the lounge on the terrace for apéro and coffee - that is what you want. the service was very attentive, friendly and humorous. the food (kalbscarré) and the wine from the region (white and red vully) tasted excellent and the prices are appropriate.
Nous avons mangé dans ce restaurant dans le cadre d'un anniversaire. Tout d'abord un grand bravo pour le service, rapide, souriant et professionnel.
