I had here some spa days and had chosen this hotel because they say on their website they offer vegan options. to breakfast there were at two of three days only a vegan bath no vegan butter, hummus or other vegan bread toppings.) for dinner they have a full vegan menu, but it is usually only made with vegetables. no tofu, side or legumes. I need protein! when I dessert I had two fruits. I didn't gain any weight for that. I am very unsatisfactory. updated by previous review on 2021 06 29

During breakfast there were only one vegan bath on two of three days, no vegan butter, hummus or other vegan bread toppings). For dinner you have a full vegan menu, BUT is usually made only with vegetables. No tofu, seitan or Legumes. I need proteins! When dessert, I had two fruits... I didn't gain any weight. cozy restaurant with garden. very nice staff. the cook prepares very delicious vegan to feed and is good to treat with the vegan band width. we felt very comfortable.
