"The farm is located in the Doorkheim district of Geislingen/Steige on a street. It is also quiet in the restaurant itself. We're the only ones who want to eat. From light wood, fluffy soil is practical and rural. The menu contains many Swabian, deft, soups and desserts. A young service power brings it as fast as our drinks. Bread comes in front with herbs cucumber. It tastes so good that I ask a part extra (1.50 euros for a large bowl full. Then I take from the menu the goose skin with red cabbage and semmelknödel (16 Euro). The red cabbage has succeeded, also the dumplings and both come into an additional bowl. And the meat? The fact that this is so dry whatever happens, it does not happen...
