Tbone Dryage: Sehr gutes Fleisch, sorgfältig gealtert, fachmännisch gebraten. Die ersten Bissen waren hervorragend zart und geschmacklich ausgezeichnet. Danach schmeckte es wie durchschnittlicher Kochschinken und war zäh, weil der Chef das komplette Tbone-steak aufschnitt in mundgerechte Portionen. Ich denke er wollte uns helfen, da er vermutete, dass wir nicht im Stande sind es selber klein zu schneiden. Durchdas waren die ersten bissen hervorragend und der ganze rest trocken und zäh.. Schade um die gelungene Vorbereitung, es hätte so gut sein können. Leider hat der Chef es auch nicht für nötig befunden, uns zu fragen ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war. I have often eaten in the restaurants in oetwil. with friends, with family and business partners. all were amazed at the fine eating, the very good service and the flexibility of the chefs on allergies and incompatibility. the stars can be happy to have such a perfect team that plays so well together. great restaurant with delicious food and beautiful service. is especially large that my sister has nothing to do with zölliakie. he gets gluten-free broth to salate and on the main course it had carved a gluten-free.
