We had the tasting, course meal paired with wine. We knew this was our best meal in Europe and perhaps even better than the great meals we had in Shanghai. The servers were excellent, super polite. They let me mangle German, interjecting in English...when it was clear that I was lost. The wine pairing was fantastic. Each course had two parts, each with distinct flavors that came alive with the wine. We will definitely return. This is a great treat that you should not miss.
I had the chance to eat there times as I stayed in the hotel. The first times were excellent, especially for the beef filet. However, the last time I had the German speciality made of rolled/minced beef which gave me very strong stomach...ache (food poisoning). The staff is extremely nice and professional. It was great to get as complimentary starter some bread with sliced meat and butter.
We went here for the birthday of my mother-in-law, and the dinner was splendid. The discovery menu was creative and well prepared. Really good value for money. Wines are a bit highly priced, but this is not unusual for the greater Rhine-Main-area, and the...quality and selection were both good. Very friendly and well informed staff, nice atmosphere in the restaurant.
I visited the restaurant with my family and we were warmly welcomed in a very personal and cosy atmosphere. The food was excellent and the staff was fast, friendly and always paid attention to empty wine glasses. The „Gänse Menü“ was fantastic as well as...the red wine served with the main course. We were allowed to spend a great weekend in this house. What was particularly interesting to us - next to the gigantic view to Frankfurt - was the always friendly staff of Villa Rothschild and Kempinski Falkenstein. We feel so comfortable! Will recommend it and come back safely. Thank you.
