The Tonmühle restaurant in Drübeck near Ilsenburg is beautifully located on a small pond. On the recommendation of the operation we ordered homemade wind bags with blueberries and apple strudel with cream.We were looking forward to the wind bags and the fresh blueberries. The greater the disappointment was when the ordered came. Nothing with homemade, cheap industry wind bag doughlings with blueberries from the glass and completely disintegrated spray cream. It really didn't look good on the plate. And only the apple strudel tasted, but also with spray cream. The coffee tasted strangely perfumed and reminiscent of powder coffee.
