“Super beautiful service, excellent food and beautiful rooms!” We celebrated our wedding in August 2022 in the Waldhaus and with approx. 30 people there also spent 2 nights. We were very friendly, competent and individually advised by Mr Rühl and all our wishes and ideas were implemented. Our inexperience with food and beverages has been balanced by competent experience and so all our guests were delighted with the creativity of food. Starting with the staff, about the quality of the kitchen, the beautiful rooms and the great location our expectations were exceeded more than!!! The staff met us and our guests every desire and no way was too far for them! The food was excellently dressed and super delicious. All our guests were thrilled. We had many children who were treated so friendly and inexpensive and were able to use the large wide outer surface for a great and race! The swimming pool was also used by our children with joy! The Waldhaus is a mixture of tradition and modernity and is reflected in every room and makes it a special place where we will be happy to return! Maybe for our 1st anniversary?!
Last autumn we were at Landhotel Waldhaus. We celebrated our wedding here. This also refers to our recession. For ordinary meals we can recommend the forest house. From a subjective perspective, the barn is a very beautiful location for us. The service team was very good. Even the food is very good. A small manko was that the dishes put together on the map were not together at the buffet. Unfortunately, the owners are attracted and usually do not deviate. In some cases, the advance agreements were not complied with. We have not always discussed agreements and voting with our planner. From a certain date, unfortunately, this has even sent our witnesses to the vote. Such restrictions are unacceptable from our point of view for a wedding party. In our opinion, everything is rested on the already existing call. We believe that individual wishes should be treated at a wedding. If this were implemented, it would be a very good place to celebrate a wedding. Due to the experience at our wedding we would not recommend the location for a wedding party for friends.
Unfortunately, the food was not as expected and after the proud price. There were large meat portions, but at Ragout there were 20 cartilages. Supplement for three same dishes was served in a small bowl and was definitely too little. The meat for three dishes came to the table in two dishes. It's not possible. There were sauces in quantities for each dish, but unfortunately there was nothing homemade. We haven't been there for a long time and have to find disappointed that it's not worth it.
