My wife and I stopped in quaint little Victoria right after we arrived on Prince Edward Island. The town is just a few kilometers from the Confederation Bridge. We were ready for lunch and decided to give the Landmark a try. We were not disappointed! From our first moments there our server, Rachel, the owner's daughter, made us feel as welcome as old friends just arriving. She was a wealth of information on what to see and do on PEI, even providing numerous brochures. She also steered us in the right direction on our beverage and food selections. Now for the good part...the food. We both chose the haddock. It was perfectly baked and the accompanying salad and rice medley were delicious. Frank...

We visited for lunch with four grandchildren and three adults. This cafe use to be great but this year we found fresh produce smothered in balsamic vinegar and lobster rolls on dry poor quality rolls with less lobster than a lobster roll at McDonalds! Sandwiches even were average at best. But that was the good part of the visit! Our server, the owners daughter, and the owner himself were both unbelievably rude. Customer server is not a concept they understand or even care about as demonstrated by their behaviour and language. We have eaten at many great places on the Island and in Victoria a spot on the pier is recommended as your best option! This cafe is no longer on where to eat in Canada...

The Landmark Cafe is well named - it is a land mark in Victoria, and a very popular restaurant. My wife and I combined a visit at the cafe with a great live theatre show at the Victoria Playhouse and a night at the Orient Hotel. My wife's roast beef and my pan fried haddock were tasty, but the portions were enough to choke a horse! The haddock helping was so big that I didn't see the rice until I was a third of the way through the slab of haddock. Also, the Caesar salad next to hot food quickly got soggy. Vegetables would have been a better accompaniment to the meal.

We usually try to stop at the Landmark Cafe while on PEI after finding it on "Where to eat in Canada" about 25 years ago. It has had the same owner for 28 years and the food and service have been consistently excellent. This time we shared the charcuterie plate and had the home made puréed vegetable soup of the day. Again excellent food and service as well as delicious coffee. I hope they continue their success well into the future. Highly recommended. Réservez une table maintenant

Visited with another couple; our second visit and their first. We were not disappointed! Three of us had their lobster roll and they were fantastic! Served open faced on a homemade bun with lots of lobster ncluding claws; the best lobster roll ever. The fourth person had the seafood chowder wthich wa also excellent. Our waiter Doug was great; very helpful and plesant.

What a spot! The Landmark Cafe does not cease to disappoint - the staff are friendly and thoughtful, the location is stunning, and the food is fantastic. It's clear that meals are made with fresh ingredients and assembled with care. There are now a few more vegetarian options and the Caesar salad is divine - just tangy and light! Highly recommend.

We visited the cafe on the recommendation of friends and were not disappointed. The seafood was as good as we've ever had and service was friendly and prompt. The restaurant decor was bright and casual. I'd recommend it highly.

I have one question that does not actually require an answer, it is more or less for you to answer morally within your self..,Mr DANIEL B. from NEW HAMPSHIRE. Who takes their Grandmother out to eat and makes her pay for it? Réservez une table maintenant

Honestly best seafood I've ever had. Also ordered a Caesar and it was awesome as well. Love the little patio space and the waiter was super friendly. Not a long wait for food at all and they were pretty busy.
