LANDWEHR-BRAU am Turm.

I enjoyed my evening at this fine restaurant, which served a wide variety of German specialties. I really enjoyed my bratwurst and sauerkraut as well as the fabulous dessert we had at the end of the meal which was a selection of various sweets. This is a really interesting place with a history of over 150 years. Take a look at the brewery as well as the hotel and restaurant Decour. Very quaint.

We chose this place for dinner because the biergarten had an awesome play area for kids. We really appreciate places that do that. However, this is definitely just more of a pub/bar than a restaurant. There is a menu but it's mostly just pub food. Fried, cheese plate, ham plate, etc. The employees are really kind and sweet. We enjoyed our beers while the kids played.

Place is very well located at the south entrance of the town. The building is very nice and deco as well....beer and food is nice however they do not have craft or a big selection as you could expect. The worse...the time they take to serve you...its horrible...but the service is nice

This appears to be the oldest building in a very old town. I forget the exact date but I believe the tour guide said 1265. And the building is still in use. It is very interesting to think of how many discussion have occurred over a beer in this place. Very nice.

Good place to stop for lunch before or after visiting Rothenburg. Nice brewed different types of beer, I personally liked much the Keller and the Pils.
