Langleys Restaurant Wine Bar

We have eaten at Langleys a number of times before and always enjoyed the food, the ambience and the service. This was the first time we 'd sat upstairs it was brilliant! The style and attention to detail, the decor, furnishing, room arrangement, cloakrooms, etc was wonderful. The inclusion of a carpet was a very clever idea as it means that the noise level is significantly lower than in most other restaurants so not only could we hear ourselves (party of 6 around a round table fab) we could also not hear fellow diners at neighbouring tables which were a civilised distance away. Menu was excellent, interesting and varied, and all of 6 of us enjoyed our respective choices. Good range of wines...

Very welcoming, accommodating and professional staff. At first our table was in a busy area and we asked to be moved and the staff were very accommodating. Food was very tasty and generous in portion size not to mention good quality meat and fish used. The menu was also varied so that everyone found something they enjoyed. We will definitely return and would recommend Langley's

To start with the service is exceptional. The menu is good but not exceptional but there is something for everyone and. The wine menu is very affordable. As long as you don't line up the cocktails (which are very good) you will have a very reasonable bill.

I was really impressed with the Langley, food was great, could have been a bit more of the pre-starters, but maybe my eyes are too big for my belly. Service was on point and friendly and i thought it was value for money.
