I had the pleasure of enjoying a Brunch courtesy of the company at Lani's Gourmet Restaurant and the experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we entered, we were impressed by the elegant decoration of the establishment. With a perfect mix of luxury and subtlety, the atmosphere is sophisticated without being excessive. Lani's Restaurant in Lanzarote is a real hidden gem, tucked away in a somewhat secluded spot. But once you find it, you're in for a treat. If you appreciate top-notch service, especially when it's a break from the hustle and bustle of bigger cities, this place won't disappoint. The whole package of great food, a lovely location, and stunning views is something to behold, especially from September to November when the winds are calmer. Having dinner here while looking out at the endless sea creates a truly memorable and peaceful atmosphere. Very poor service to ruin a special occasion. From the moment we arrived I discretely told a waiter it’s my husband’s birthday and asked him to put a candle (provided by me) on a dessert (any of the ones they had) at the end of the meal. The food itself took a very long time to arrive and at the end no sign of the dessert. My husband in the meantime asked for the bill at which point I had to discreetly remind them of the surprise. We waited and waited and just had to give up as had another event to get to. Their excuse at the end was that they had other guests to attend to bear in mind the restaurant was maybe half full so no idea how they would manage a full restaurant.
We were having a drink and we made a reservation for dinner, everything and when I say everything is EVERYTHING was great, the place was spectacular, the dinner was incredible and Edison's attention was the best, a professional that there is no such thing today in hospitality, he treated us super well Thank you very much Edison.
