L'extérieur de ce restaurant est très modeste. Dès l’instant où vous entrez à l’intérieur, l’expérience est fabuleuse. Avec un mobilier de qualité et de belles œuvres d'art. De plus, l'espace entre chaque table permet un dîner à deux beaucoup plus privé que dans beaucoup de restaurants parisiens. Nous avons réservé pour dîner un mardi soir avec le menu Tentation avec accord mets et vins. Chaque plat était un délice et les vins qui l'accompagnaient étaient parfaits. We stopped here for the lunch tasting menu on our last day in Paris and it was a great way to finish our trip. The food was creative and absolutely delicious. The service was good (although our server was young and seemed incredibly nervous he seemed like he was maybe training). I also did the wine pairing although I would probably do a glass instead since the final wine was a sweet wine which are not my favorite. The interior is a bit dated with carpeted floors but the food makes up for that! Highly recommend.
I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. We were there to celebrate a 45th wedding anniversary and 70th birthday 6 long time friends from Sarasota Florida meeting in Paris for this milestone event. Sophie, the front of the house and “Chef” gave us a 9 course tasting menu that we will never forget. They went out of their way to accommodate us and we will never forget this amazing meal.
We had the Tentation tasting menu. The dishes we had not only have a wonderful mix of tastes but also are presented in artistic fashions. I often left many Michelin restaurants feeling hungry, but L'Arcane offers enough variety of foods with a great artistic tasting experience.
