I placed an order this morning for delivery through DoorDash at 4:30 PM. The restaurant prepared my order right away and informed the delivery driver that they couldn't remake it when she arrived to pick it up. The manager was extremely rude, inconsiderate, and unhelpful. It wasn't my fault that the staff processed the order immediately without considering the scheduled delivery time. This is terrible customer service!
Greeted very poorly with attitude. She was in a bad mood. Told what you see is all we have. Then 5 minutes later more and more comes out but was told nope no beans and wow 2 minutes later looked like bean soup lots of water and some beans. I've ordered here through Doordash three times so far, and the food is always delicious. Just had some pork and chicken tamales today, and they are yummy too. Smaller than I expected, but i appreciate less calories. Great prices and great delivery. Plan on stopping in at Speedway soon. Réservez une table maintenant
The restaurant is tidy, and our cashier was fantastic. However, the food was inedible. The texture of the meat was not right, and as someone who is sensitive to textures, I found it quite disappointing. Normally, I'm easy to please, but this experience did not meet my expectations.
I made a special trip to eat there, but they were closed. The staff had no smiles or friendly greetings; they just told me twice that they were closed. I understood the first time, but I won't be returning.
Just icky! Overly greasy and seem to be out of everything.
