I've been there twice, and that's more than enough! On both occasions, I encountered unfriendly and uninterested cashiers who refused to explain the menu items. When I mentioned it was my first time visiting, they didn't respond. I asked if I could purchase extra sauce, but was told no—you can only choose one. I asked if they could put it on the side since I've never tasted it, and the answer was still no. The portions are small and the ingredients are limited. I won't be going back again!
This place is absolutely disgusting The first time I went is when they first opened it was nasty but they was a new business so this time I said let me try them again 01/10/2022 and man was I disappointed the eggs was hard and taste like plastic, their sauce doesn’t have a flavor, crab legs are not cleaned properly, and lobster was extremely small….. This place is not worth it and I will take that drive to Warrensville or Cedar any day….Please save your money or go somewhere else
Looking for a new spot to eat, this is it! This creole style of food is what's missing in Cle and I loved everything on the menu! The staff very helpful and accommodating. Had a friend try the food we ordered and he was impressed and had eaten similar creole food down south and said it was the best he had.
Started off good with proper customer service. Now...not so much. Very rarely have food ready for orders and will talk you it takes five minutes to receive but takes four times the amount of time quoted. Now I have to stop going to them. Good is better than average. Réservez une table maintenant
I'm a little confused as to spending $15 for a sandwich (shrimp po boy) that doesn't come with fries. I was told the sandwich comes with chips which are complimentary but they were out of chips. Situation could have rectified if you would of given me a few fries?
Are you in search of some great seafood? This restaurant is fantastic! The food is fresh, and the shrimp po' boy was excellent. I can't wait for more locations to open soon! The menu is extensive, and I'm eager to try more items in the near future.
Horrible small portion for price quality poor customer service poor never again my hand was bigger than the crab legs and the whole small claw had any meat all shell I want my money back they should be ashamed
Absolutely awful service and food! I waited 25 minutes only to receive cold and disappointing dishes. I won’t be coming back! Plus, my review was removed from the page. Réservez une table maintenant
Not worth the money, 1/2 lb crab bag only comes with corn and potatoe go to seafood shack. More bang for your buck.
