We (party of 5) visited L”Arte in Cucina on Tuesday 30.10.18. We ordered 3 starters dishes (2x Polpo Gebratener Pulpo 1x Risotto Maronen Kichererbsen Robiola Birnen Garnelen). Although they were tasty, the 3 Garnelen served were cold over cooked soft. Of the 5 main...dishes ordered, 2 were very dissapointing.. 1. Schweinefilet Walnüsse frischen Feigen Honig gehobelter Pecorino The meat (pork) was very dry and there was no sauce that accompanied the meal! 2. Le Tagliatelle Mit Fasan Ragout The meal served was totally oversalted and had to be returned to the kitchen. The owner (chef cook) did apologize personally and a replacement meal was served, however after the rest of the party had finish...
After a longer break, I was once again eating in the arte in cucina.as an appetizer I had asked for hearty noodles and as an appetizer for fish. band noodles with a gorgonzola sauce and forest mushrooms. but the highlight was that all this was on a few very thin apple slices. first I wondered what this play should bring, but when eating these thin apple slices again accented a great fresh one, which has perfectly rounded off the whole dish.why do I tell that so exactly? because it shows that gianluca casini is always trying to cook a dish peefect up to detail! also the wildfangdorad was sensational.for me a restaurant has to find a wine with a restaurant.
my wife and I had a short weekend in düsseldorf and had explored some restaurants that have attracted our interest. l’arte in cucina was one of them. the personal was friendly and professional. chefpatronin, gianlucca and his wife carmen and their nice assistant are nice, warm and welcoming hostess. carmen helped us to translate the entire menu and helped us to choose a few beautiful wines. we can highly recommend l’arte in cucina. it was very good the trip from the düsseldorfer inner city to enjoy it. we would not hesitate to return if we are next in düsseldorf. many thanks.
this beautifully located, family-run ristorante serves local pasta, and they can eat in the regular some fantastic comfort. we had the baked oktopus, buratta and pasta/risk for the main course. then it ended with some tiramisu and panna cotta could not be any more...Italian! the service was great. it would be a 5/5 if the artichokes in pasta were not difficult to chew, and if the white wine had a little more soul. would recommend to everyone!

I went back to visit. the service was faster and the taste was great again. the suppe and the truffle noodles were great. prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants in the region. is far from the city centre (only about 7 km). but I think I'll go again
extremely disappointing Italian restaurant, without good service (only one person who helps us) with a small and very poor wine card all plates without quality and imagination the desert on the same level with the eating that I do not recommend this restaurant
absolutely extraordinary cuisine, best service and treatment of the entire staff, cozy ambiente and outstanding cooking art!no matter whether alone or with the whole family, who wants to be kulinarically surprised should take a few hours time and enjoy .
We have been last week because of the Boat Show and really has been the best place we have eaten in the 10 days we have been there. Good meals and very nice presentation, not just an italian restaurant. Really enjoyed!!

very italian and very well made pleasant service short to come again we are always in Germany so the so-called refinement would be too much to demand. in the city recommended.
