Nice restaurant in the middle of nowhere, near Geneva. This place is mostly know by locals in France, Gaillard area across the border from Geneva. Speciality is mostly cheese from the region and the Cheese Fondue and raclette are excellent and much better than in Geneva. Get the Cepe Fondue with typical mushroom and nice local White wine. Save some room for deserts as they are to die for. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Price is very reasonable compared to Geneva. This place is apparently always full on weekends but we went there on a week day so the staff had much more time for us and although we were the last customers, they didn't pressure us to leave. One thing though to be aware of is that like all fondue places, your clothes might stink.

This is a small restaurant right in the middle of nowhere in the French border, and there is a reason for that, it is not a big expensive place but a small family-owned restaurant owned by locals (I assume at least). I ordered some dish of potatoes, cheese and bacon (my french isn't that great) and it was the best meal I had during my entire trip, by far. The staff is really nice, the food is superb, the location of the restaurant makes it very cozy and provincial and it's just half an hour or so away from Geneve by bus. Must see. Ps. The staff doesn't speak English, so come prepared if you don't speak French at all

We came here due to the good tripadvisor reviews. I must admit it was a bit of a disappointment. Food is good, not great, and lacking creativity. Pretty standard savoyard, local cuisine, but well cooked. Sadly, the interesting special dishes were sold out. In addition, we were in a tiny room with no windows, service was slow (likely because the place was crammed). Most challenging were the prices. While significantly cheaper than geneva, they are still way above other standard savoyard restaurants. Would i come back? Maybe, but i would not go out of my way to do so.

Good food and welcome. A very enjoyable steak pierrade and creme butler. Very close to the SwissBorder and so good value, especially given the recent revaluation of the Swiss Franc against the Euro.20 minutes or so from the airport and so ideal for a speedy pick up. Well worth a visit for food and the location is a useful bonus.
