We met a friend here as it was half way between where we live. Some other friends had recommended it but had not eaten there. We loved it, proper Spanish family restaurant tucked off the road, super clean and well kept. The steak was probably the best we have had in Spain, all very simple but really well cooked and delicious. Its not the cheapest but worth it and they don't take cards. We drank a fab Ribero too.
A Gem of a find. Family run. I challenge you to find fresher local produce. Despite the language barrier (on our part we speak no Spanish) we still managed to enjoy a delicious fresh hot meal with subtely friendly service. Complimentary drink to end our meal. We were the only guests late on a Sunday afternoon. You need a good appetite portion sizes are huge. Recommend prawn pilpil.
One of the best meat places within 20 km radius. We were offered an mpressively good wine. Was going to have beef but ended up with iberian pork cuts. Family had veal and beef. All the meat was fantastic. Meat done on a charcoal. Can hardly imagine if there was anything I didn't like. Absolutely recommended.
