My wife is from Russelsheim and we visited this restaurant with family at the end of a 3 week tour through Europe. I didn't expect to find such high-quality food and a great atmosphere at this end of the city. My wife's father, uncle and grandparents worked in front of a point in the Opel plant. We had a fantastic selection of meat, potatoes, mushrooms and other tapas-style foods. This included chicken and meatball. All were excellent and were served in such a large amount that we had much more food than the four of us needed. It was so delicious that we could have eaten more, but unfortunately there was no more room for it, so we had a few home in American fashion and had it the next stay. It was still delicious. The outer seat area was full, so we sat near a former workpiece from the factory. It looked a little like a lathe, but maybe had more than one function. Many photos around the complex and people who worked there a century ago.
