We love Cueva de Ramón this is our 3rd (maybe 4th) visit. We love coming along the old Arico road the first time we came it was a pure mistake we found this place! There is no menu starters are a mixed Salad and the best grilled cheese I've had in Tenerife (and Ive tried a lot). Then the mains are pork in soya with peppers, caramelised chicken, vegetable noodles, rabbit and papas arrugadas (Canarian potatoes). All the food is extremely tasty, between 4 we had a salad, a portion of cheese, chicken, pork, noodles and Potatoes all cooked perfectly. We got here after driving for a while through some tiny roads. The place is a cave in the mountains, which gives it a nice touch, also you get nice views from the outside of the eastern side of the island. The waiter was really nice to us, explaining in Spanish the menu with detail. We had a massive amount of really nice typical food at a ridiculous price. To top it all, the waiter just left bottles of liquor on our table after the meal for us to help ourselves. A really nice typical place that I cannot recommend enough.
Restaurante, que no Guachinche, en carretera general del sur, a la altura de Arico. Peculiar y bonito ya que es una cueva adaptada. No tienen una carta amplia, pero lo que proponen es casero y muy rico. El señor que nos atendió, quizás Ramón, muy atento y agradable. Le caímos bien y nos regalo un vinagre artesanal del lugar. Hay animales pululando sueltos que le da también un toque distinto a Las Cuevas de Ramón.

Un clásico en la carretera general del sur, trato muy bueno, el queso a la plancha x2, riquísimo, ensalada de la casa, bueno...... de bolsa, solomillo delicioso le faltó fuego, papas arrugadas buenísimas, precio bien.

Guachinche de los de antes donde destaca su excelente vino! Poca variedad de comida pero gana en su gran calidad de productos. Repetiremos! Y el dueño muy atento a todo!
