Las Iguanas - Réservation de table

I will be making a formal complaint later today to head office. The manager was completely obtrusive towards me. I took my family on an 18th birthday meal and she wouldn’t serve ME cocktails as we didn’t bring ID. This caused upset and my husband had to get a taxi back to retrieve their passports. Utterly unprofessional and embarrassing. We luckily had a wonderful time at an Indian restaurant where it was civil and pleasant. Disgusting manager needs to be sacked.

The restaurant was busy and lively, so much so that when we asked for water the waitress said all the jugs were in use but if one was available she would give it to us, we never got it. The chips were undercooked, the burger was dry, and we had to throw a hunt party for the butternut quash in the enchilada.

More than an hour of waiting was too much!.. we really felt abandoned there, the waiters just ignored our table. Meals were tasteless, steak was too dry and I’d never recommend it, even the sparkling wine did not have bubbles Avoid! The rating of this “restaurant” is tooooo overestimated.

Table sticky, chairs quite dirty from heavy use. Food not particularly well grub as food. We were advised not to have deserts as they had very few available... Réservez une table maintenant

Fabulous restaurant excellent food Excellent service by very friendly and attentive staff. Nice atmosphere with fabulous music. Cocktails delicious
