that is probably the best service I have ever received in a restaurant. I visited the restaurant with my friend and we wanted to eat. when it turned out what I had chosen was not as delicious as I expected. I didn't want to bother the waiters and ate what I could from the plate. at the end of the meal, the waitress, a beautiful dame from italia, asked for feedback, I told her that I was not satisfied with the taste and she was so apologetic and asked if she could get something else; from what I had eaten, I was already satisfied, so I thank her and I said it's okay. what I did not expect is that she would tell the manager of my experience, a few minutes later the manager came to our table and he was so sorry to hear about my experience and explains the standards of her food and food that I had, probably not fulfilled the quality of the food. it's true because I tasted what my friend had and it was beautiful. he insisted that I should choose everything from the menu that I did not want to do and really assured him that I was in order and understood. to my surprise when the bill came, he actually removed what I had from the bill. cost my meal and he didn't calculate a bit for it, I actually had most of what was eaten on my teller and he didn't ask that and concentrated exclusively on my experience. best customer service ever, I was very well received and treated. I will definitely read again iguanas many colors.
We went to this restaurant with a group and were told that a payment per person would be refunded to us, but it ended up being taken out of the bill instead and couldn't be returned to our bank account. This caused confusion when trying to split the bill. When some guests arrived and their names weren't on the reservation, they were refused entry. We had to guide them in individually, and despite requesting a vegan menu for lactose intolerance, the options still contained milk products. The service was slow and food arrived at different times, some dishes were cold and overall disappointing. We and our guests will not be returning to this restaurant. This experience was extremely disappointing and they have lost our business.
We decided to eat at this restaurant and while the service was quick, we did not feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. The staff seemed unhappy to have us there. I had read reviews about the friendly service and smiling faces, but we did not experience that today. I would have preferred a mediocre meal with better treatment. Overall, very disappointed.
This was my first time dining at this restaurant, and it definitely won't be my last. I was impressed by the delicious cocktails and wide variety to choose from. The food was also tasty, with great options for both carnivores and vegetarians. Despite the busyness of the restaurant, the service was a bit slow but the waitress was polite and helpful.
