Always excellent food and service. The staff is wonderful. It's our go to Mexican restaurant. We have been going there for over 20 years. They have the best enchiladas with the dark mole. Enchiladas with mole are not on the list of recommended items but I highly recommend that. Their guacamole is excellent too but without the cilantro. We don't like cilantro which is why I wrote that. If you like cilantro it's not an issue.
Las Palmas has been a favorite of mine for over 30 years. I started my visits in Evanston and continued enjoying the restaurant after moving to the western suburbs. Although I noticed a decline in quality in recent years, my experience at this location was exceptional. The food was authentic and served fresh and hot, the environment was clean, and the margaritas were fantastic!
Las Palmas is our favorite local Mexican restaurant. We consistently enjoy the food there. I'm a big fan of their carnitas tacos, and my wife really loves the carne asada burrito. We typically order a half pitcher of the house margaritas. The service is always quick and friendly.
The Banana Enchiladas are one of the standout items on the menu and are personally among my top three favorite dishes in the greater Chicagoland area. I'm still deciding which other two dishes make the cut, but the mole they use with this dish is truly exceptional. Réservez une table maintenant
I have ZERO idea why anyone goes to the Chipotle across the street. Las Palmas is FABULOUS! Tasty food, great atmosphere, fair prices great service!!

"I ordered the new strawberry frozen drink along with a double cheeseburger. The burger was slightly squished, but it still tasted great. The drive-thru was a bit congested due to two entrance lanes, but the drivers in both lanes were friendly to one another."
