Las Palmas - Réservation de table

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant, especially since I have been a loyal customer for years. The waitress ignored us for 20 minutes, even though we had finished our drinks and chips and salsa. She prioritized serving three tables that arrived after us and then gave us attitude when we expressed our frustration. The restaurant wasn't even busy at the time. It's a shame because this place used to be good, but I have decided not to return. I would give negative stars if I could, but I had to give at least one star in order to post this review.

Walked in, was told to find my own seat, waited 20 minutes for a menu, watch everyone else getting service except me. Not sure if the waitress forgot about me but then she asked me if I wanted anything else, I mentioned that I still haven't even received a menu, she was shocked and then caught an attitude, brought a menu and I didn't see her again. I walked out feeling frustrated and hungry. It smelled delicious but the service not so bueno.:

This place has gone downhill. I’ve been going to this restaurant for 15years and it was always good. But the last few times we’ve gone the food is bland and comes out cold. They have raised the prices but you’re getting less portion sizes. We ordered pickup and they charged us $8 for the free chips and salsa for the smallest size you can get. Don’t go here it’s a waste of money. There are a lot better Mexican restaurants to go to.

The food at this restaurant is pretty good overall, although sometimes the drinks can go unfilled. However, I would not recommend the pork green chilies. The pork was not cooked well and was unpleasant. My mom ordered it last time and received half a pork chop thrown on top, which was slimy. Réservez une table maintenant

Service was the only problem we had. Waitress took our order, our drinks came, our food came and we never saw our Waitress until we were done eating. Never checked on us to see if the food was OK. Never checked on our drinks situation. Never checked if we needed anything.

Great service and really good smothered breakfast burritos fast we only waited 15min and the food was ready. It was my first time here, but I have eaten for many years at the Las Palmas on Fed's. And I70Alway, great food..

I can get menudo during the week at this restaurant, and it's delicious! They also serve large pieces of bread with it. Although I have only tried this dish so far, I have been impressed with its taste and quality.

Everything is good here, but the menudo is the best around. Las Palmas is still the raining champion. Réservez une table maintenant

Started vacuuming mid dinner... Very off putting. Staff was nice. Food was ok.
