I've been a regular at Las Potrancas for years, but after tonight, I won't be returning. We ordered fajitas, and the waiter brought us a cold plate of steak fajitas that had clearly been sitting out for a while. When we tasted it, the meat was unacceptable. We sent it back, but instead of apologizing and making it right, the manager, Alex, tried to shame us into eating it. His behavior was completely unprofessional. There are plenty of other Mexican restaurants around, so I won't be coming back here again.
New Mexican restaurant to try on Labor Day. Interesting place! Omgeee… the Rellano Nachos are exceptionally good. My husband kept saying. mmmmmm’ over the Taco De Carnitas, and those were really good as well! Staff is great too! Hey all, the husband here. The Margaritas were tasty and potent. If you enjoy the whip cream on your hot chocolate, then buy your other half one of these. You know how it is.
Food is always delicious. A little more spicy than I remember, especially the salsa but still had a great flavor. I ordered the steak Potrancas and I couldn't believe the size of the plate it was served on. So much larger than I expected. Large portion of steak and all the sides. Amazing they can put that much on one plate and still make a profit. Our family will be back.
Terrible service! Food is out of cans and bags! Terrible soggy taco delivered to table and sent back! Wasn't removed from bill and some mgr named Alex decided to come to table and make it my fault!!!! He was very confrontational over a 3.50 taco that was soggy and inedible!!! Just avoid this place for Mexican food because its not Mexican food!!!

I received my delivery order 20 minutes late, and there was no front-of-house service. It's especially disappointing to see guests waiting when the manager is seated at a table and not offering any assistance. Given the current market, I don't see how they can survive with such a lack of attention to basic details.
Absolutely outstanding customer service! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially for a pick-up order. The food was delicious, and my large order was perfectly accurate. The attention to detail really made me happy!

Food is always amazing, quick and spicy! Good house margaritas too! Good atmosphere! I eat here at least once a week. They get my beef and sour cream burrito perfect every time!

All day Sunday happy hour. Had the green chile plate and t was really good.
