I asked a server for assistance, and she assured me she’d be right over, but 45 minutes passed without her returning. During that time, she walked by our table at least six times, purposely avoiding eye contact. I didn’t catch her name, but she had blonde hair on top with burnt orange at the bottom. Whether she was busy or not, there’s no excuse for neglecting paying customers like that.
After nearly three hours of watching others receive attention—some who had just arrived—we felt forced to leave. On a brighter note, the bartender was excellent, very attentive, and ensured our drinks and other requests were promptly handled, although I didn’t get her name either.

I love the atmosphere turns into a party everytime for me .. People are friendly cool and.no ones a stranger and the bartenders are awesome hands down... The management care deeply about the customers ..and they don't play about their patrons... This is the place to be any day of the week!!!
This was honestly the worst meal I've ever had. It was overly salty and completely lacking in flavor. I'm really disappointed, especially considering all the positive reviews, which now seem insincere. I would like a refund.

The security was friendly. They asked for ID and did security check.The DJ was great and played the music we requested. The bartender had the drinks on point.
I ordered 7 lemon pepper wings with hand-cut fries, but I only received the wings. I paid $16 plus tip for just 7 wings! Not acceptable!
