Après une bonne promenade autour du port, et avec tout cet air marin, nous étions prêts pour notre déjeuner et le restaurant L'Asterie était notre choix, et quel bon choix... J'ai pris l'aile de raie, et ma femme a pris le merlu, très, très bon, mais en regardant les plats des autres clients, vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper quel que soit votre choix. Étant juste un peu à l'écart du centre, le stationnement était beaucoup plus facile, et vous aviez une belle vue sur les bateaux dans le port.

A meal out after a day at the beach with 4 young tired children... Sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. But the owner/maitre'D was excellent. He spoke good English to explain dishes and kept the food coming and preempted refills and the dreaded cry for tomato sauce with the "frites"! Delicious food, fantastic view which was trumped only by the service. You can have great food and ambience but with restaurants the service is key! Poor service cancels all that out!Definite winner!!

We have visited this restaurant a number of times over recent years. We always try to eat here when we visit Granville. The food is of a very good standard and the surroundings are pleasant. Good value too.Some of the other restaurants along the port road are clearly catering to the tourist crowd and the food quality reflects this. We have been left disappointed once too often and therefore go to where we know we will leave happy.

We visited this restaurant on a quiet Tuesday night. There were quite a few other diners in there. We had moules which were very tasty. Quite a few of the other diners were having the three course formulae which also looked good. Service was good and the staff were very happy for our dog to be with us too. I would definitely visit again. Réservez une table maintenant

Found them most attentive. Between my dodgy French and their English, I got what I was after. Oysters were excellent, fish so beautifully grilled and tasty. Dessert was just spot on. Would love to go again. Really enjoyed the whole experience.

C'est un endroit pas trop cher, avec un menu à 20 euros qui était très correct. J'ai pris du pâté puis de la morue. Le vin (1/2 bouteille de Saumur) n'était pas trop bon cependant. Une bonne solution pour un budget serré à Granville.

We were very impressed by the quality of the cheaper menu and the friendly and helpful waitress. Although the tables are a little close together, it wasn't busy tonight and so didn't detract from the ambiance.

Dinner menu of €27, seafood platter bit on a small side, but nice. Skate for main was very good size and tasty. But the star was the calvados with sorbet, that way round.. Staff was friendly and efficient. Réservez une table maintenant
