best restaurant of the Roche-sur-Yon for many reasons: very good cuisine, varied and tasty menu of the day, express formula of the practical noon with all the dishes served at the same time (main plate in a small cocotte that allows to keep it warm), hyper practice when you are pressed and no stress during the meal. very good reception, quality service. My favorite address, I recommend.

I went to the stable a noon in the week, I was a little bit in a hurry, so I chose the formula "taken by time" at 19€: entry, dish, dessert and coffee, served on a slate all-in-one.I have feasted, the prices are high (photo in support) but justified by the gastronomic concept.

really very good, refined and original. You have to book and the high price is justified but will not prevent me from returning. Class frame, but very nice service. I've really had a good time, a pity that the price brakes my loved ones
