Lors d'un voyage à Chantilly pour admirer le magnifique Château, son art et ses environs, nous avons participé à un atelier sur la confection de la célèbre spécialité, la Crème de Chantilly, à l'Atelier de la Chantilly, charmant établissement situé au cœur du village. C'était fantastique ! Animé par un maître dans ce domaine, Bertrand, cet atelier d'une heure était agrémenté d'histoires et d'explications sur l'histoire de la région, racontées par quelqu'un qui aime visiblement sa terre natale. C'était une excellente façon de vivre une tranche d'histoire de manière interactive. Si la préparation de la Crème ne vous intéresse pas, n'hésitez pas à vous arrêter dans la charmante tearoom pour goû...
You can 't say you visited Chantilly until you try the real Chantilly. I 'm not usually a fan of Chantilly but the ones I eat at Chantilly are great. This Atelier de La Chantilly is a new place I found during my last visit the 25th of September and they make really Great, chantilly (yummy) I even tried the Chocolate one which is good but I prefer the regular one that was excellent I add pictures of the menu the Chantilly to help you make up your mind. Very friendly service. Very interesting as you watch them build your cream chantilly pastries. Hard to resist getting one of each. Cream Chantilly is very light, with minimal amount of sugar and each pastry created is absolutely delicious! Not cheap but well worth stopping to buy a few. We took them to take home one hour in the car and then in the refrigerator no problem and all absolutely fresh and delicious.
L'hôtel a organisé un cours de "préparation de la crème Chantilly" et c'était vraiment super. Le propriétaire de l'atelier a rendu le moment amusant (et délicieux) et la crème était incroyable. Je suis aussi passé pour une glace un autre jour, et le caramel était génial ! N'oubliez pas de faire un arrêt ici.

Nous cherchions un endroit pour déguster de bonnes crèmes fouettées et nous sommes tombés ici. Quelle bonne surprise ! L'accueil est chaleureux et le menu offre beaucoup de choix. La pâtisserie est excellente et faite maison. Rapport qualité-prix très bon. Je recommande.
Nous avons essayé différentes pâtisseries de Chantilly. Une crème superbe !!! Délicates et savoureuses. L'une d'elles suffit pour un déjeuner. Après la visite du château, un arrêt ici est incontournable. À essayer absolument !
Service agréable (nous avons été placés malgré les vingt minutes avant la fermeture) et le jeune serveur, aux beaux yeux, très gentil et à l'écoute. Desserts délicieux. Comment résister à la crème chantilly?
Usually I don’t love cream but the cream Chantilly of the Atelier was great! We returned three times in a week to ate the cream and, in particular, the pavlova. Very raccomended if you are in Chantilly!

They have a selection of pastries with chantilly cream. We tried the chou chantilly which was amazing. It is worth stopping by for a treat. Very friendly service.
