L'Atelier de La Fontaine

In January 2017 l`atelier de la Fontaine opened a small restaurant with 14 seats in addition to catering and courses. All food is locally produced and all vegetables are organically grown. This is beyond doubt a couple who lays both soul and heart into their cooking. They want to be characterized as auberge and I understand why. You get served huge portions of homemade food. Do not misunderstand me, although I characterize it as homemade it is tasteful, professionally dishes served. My husband and I shared a salad with foie gras and dried duck meat for starters. located in this charming village of the Bourbrian, country of the mushroom and chestnut, the workshop of the fountain directed by mr and mme coste welcomes us in a nicely decorated little room where a homemade kitchen is served with the products of the garden. very friendly welcome. a very good address. it is strongly advised to book.
