While I’ve been to this supermarket many times, today was my first time trying their food. The Mexican tamales were good but halfway through I bit into several pieces of bone. The black rice (arroz morro) tasted burnt as if the rice in the bottom of the pot had burned and instead of tossing the rice they served it to the customers. The roasted pork (pernil), while it was very tender and juicy, it was severely under seasoned and lacked the flavor pernil is traditionally supposed to have. It’s very hard to mess up pernil but they did. The goat (chivo) was melt in your mouth tender, but again, the flavor was off as in…not cleaned or marinated long enough. And then the vegetable rice, another di...

Very disappointed. Have used their catering for my events for 12+ years but this is the first time I have been shocked by the quality, taste and price of their food. Cost is up everywhere but the food should taste island flavorful, not processed or like you need to add more condiments. Unfortunately I had 3/4 of each tray left uneaten; That has never happened. Two large trays of rice, arroz con pollo and congri, with tax, were astronomical. I am leaving two stars because the order was ready on time and the catering person helped my mother bring the trays out to the car. I truly hope this was a one-off.

I ordered white rice with red beans on the side and chicken, I paid $30 and when I got home there’s no beans, drove back 20 minutes for beans and they told me that they threw everything out! SMH! They had ZERO customer service when I returned and acted as if they don’t care. Who the hell eats plain white rice? Dry as hell! The food also looked old and smelled old like 2-3 days old. Avoid eating at this place, unless you want to eat old food. Never again, in fact I will tell my friends to stay away!

The website clearly indicates that the restaurant closes at 7:00 PM. However, when I arrived at 6:30 PM, I found them already removing food from the buffet. I spoke with the manager, Lee, who directed me to a young lady, but she didn’t resolve the issue either. I will never return to this restaurant and will warn everyone I know. DO NOT GO TO LATINO FRESH MARKET! The management has changed, and they no longer care about their customers. Fred's Market saved my evening! Réservez une table maintenant

I was unable to get anyone to assist me over the phone because of a language barrier. I tried reaching out several times to arrange catering but faced difficulties. It's frustrating because I want to facilitate an order using American currency. For the record, I do speak Spanish, but I prefer to communicate in English to avoid any misunderstandings. It’s disappointing that this happened, and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I visited the produce section and had a good experience, but my trip to the deli was disappointing. There were no labels on the items, and the staff didn't speak English, making it difficult to understand what I was buying. I ended up spending $42 on a variety of foods, including lamb, tripe, and pig feet, but unfortunately, none of it tasted good. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

The food at the deli is phenomenal. The Cuban sandwiches can feed 2 people. Stuffed potatoes are nice size and delicious. So much to choose from.
