L'atlantide 1874 Maison Gueho

The L'Atlantide Panoramic Restaurant is one of my favorite places in Nantes when choosing where to eat. Its views of the Loire are magnificent (especially at night)! And the selection of menus that present you is of excellent quality. L'Atlantide's cuisine is borrowed from other gastronomic cultures recipes and different traditions, especially from Asian. A journey through the palate! The specialties that I have liked most are the kouign amann tempered with glazed carrots of the Pays Nantais and roasted rodaballo, fruit chutney to the rice vinegar accompanied by foie gras of duck to the skillet and langostinos spiced with Tandoori sauce. Ten is all! Any excuse is good to visit the L'Atlantide Panoramic Restaurant and taste the best flavors of international cuisine!
