Disappointed with my experience. Made an honest mistake with my order, but staff refused to remake it, citing customer responsibility. Empty store, no excuse for lack of assistance. Owner's response lacked empathy, blamed me for the error. Disappointing customer service. exceptional customer service involves more than just fulfilling orders—it requires empathy, flexibility, and a genuine desire to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere, where my patronage is valued and mistakes are met with understanding rather than blame.
I ordered two Korean garlic bowls, but the chicken wasn't cooked properly. We had to throw them away because they were inedible. When I called the restaurant to express my concerns, they just said sorry and hung up. I paid for food that I couldn't eat, and "sorry" just isn't enough! I'm really disappointed...
I had seen Lauren's check when they had a front on 23rd or 24th in NYC but never visited. On my way back from Orange County I saw this location on route 17 and decided to try. Chicken fry of Korean style. Good is well good and priced comparable to other fast food chains.

Been a few times, always for pick up. The volcano chicken sandwich is awesome. Soy garlic wings and combo are solid too. Staff super friendly. Great spot!
