I've been taking Lebanese here for 6 years now, when it was still Istanbul. Never disappointed. On the other hand, 2 times I have come this year, order never respected (raw vegetables when there was none, bad composition/sauce, forgotten fries) the new cooks and waiters don't understand anything at all. 2 times in a row. It's starting to happen. Gone are the days when it was still the boss who served us with his former colleague and with a smile. Especially with a smile. This is no longer the case for new leaders. Disappointed again, too bad it was so good before, we used to go there regularly, for us this kebab was the best. We went back there recently, 1st disappointment, a Lebanese with part of fresh meat and the other part with old brown meat, which had been cooked and recooked and which had been bathed in oil, really not good! But we still went back there this evening, telling ourselves that we couldn't stay disappointed, but there, disappointed again, it no longer has the same flavor at all and it's brown in oil. Bonsoir à tous, Très bon endroit, l'Authentic est un restaurant très fiable avec une excellente qualité et quantité. Super agréable pour ma part. Ceux qui critiquent cet établissement sont des frustrés et jaloux du patron qui a une clientèle fidèle. Il propose les meilleures merguez avec sauce poivron. Pour moi, c'est une très bonne adresse. We've been having Lebanese or tacos at your place for years. But this evening, we ordered ground meat and merguez tacos. They tasted like oil, not the fries, nor the merguez, but we think more of minced meat. We don't mean to be mean or anything, but it looks like the ground meat is being cooked in oil.
