Never have I been so disgusted. The quality of the food has really gone downhill since the pandemic. Used to be one of my faves.Got a simple Ham Cheese and Tomato Croissant (seems simple enough). Guess not… I opened the box to an unbearable stench, decided to open the croissant and the tomatoes were mouldy. Not sure how anyone could have missed this as it made my kitchen stink and I couldn’t get the smell out of my nose all day.I will be following up with Casey Council as this is a safety hazard.
I visited this restaurant last week to try something new, and I was really disappointed. The customer service was terrible; it took 45 minutes for our fish and chips to arrive, even though it wasn't a busy time. The portion size was quite small for $18, nearly the size of fish fingers, and there were barely any chips on my plate. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. You can find much better meals at other cafes that are more reasonably priced and worth your time and money!
Obviously my partner and I decided to do the most generic new years morning start and visit a cafe. The staff were lovely, coffees are great. The only problem was out of the 5 poached eggs we ordered all 5 were way over cooked. It is one of the most saddening things to happen when ordering poached eggs. All around good place.
Have now come here for dinner a few times, and now we’ve been here for breakfast/brunch. Every time this place and it’s staff has had us feeling super satisfied. Never had an issue with the food. Staff is bubbly and respectful. No complaints at all and the wait times aren’t bad which is good when we’re hungry Réservez une table maintenant
