Lazy Gecko - Réservation de table

My boyfriend and I have been in twice and both times we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Everyone is personal with their service and the food is very good. I’m a local in Sooke and I’ve always enjoyed but these last couple times have been wonderful.We had a younger server last night and he was spectacular! Jacob claims he’s never been a server before and I am able to say he’s got the personality to be one and make a good career of it. He was personal and funny and just a real human. Hope to see him again when we come back!

Meat eaters and vegans were all very happy here! They offer vegan cheese and veggie ground beef , and are happy to substitute or put sauces on the sides for folks who didn 't want as much spice. Warning--the burrito bowl was MASSIVE!The service was really prompt and friendly.All in all, a great place for lunch!Vegetarian options: There were veggie options for nachos, burritos, tacos and tortilla soup. Plus there was vegan cheese would be substituted and they 'll give extra guacamole instead of crema.

My family and I met the couple who owns the lazy geko on a hike, we are from the states and have never been to Canada before. They told us to come in! We are so glad we did! The food was great and so was the service! They were so nice and sweet! Will definitely come back when we come this way again!!

Ordered the drunken burrito. amazing! Delicious. First time experience, will definitely come back after a nice hike at mystic beach.Also! The serving staff was exceptional! I had to compliment them after my meal. Thoughtful and kind. Réservez une table maintenant

Tried the chicken tacos, unfortunately the meat tasted old (or boiled), and the tacos had zero flavor. Sadly wasn’t a great first-impression.However the service was excellent, and the restaurant has a great atmosphere.

Great food! Fast service! and Very friendly! Would definitely visit again. Thanks so much for being so much fun. And serving us so well, just a half hour before closing.

Nice little place in Sooke. Only been there 2-3 times but the food was excellent every visit.
