We entered by chance, for lunch, in this restaurant that does not pay a mine, during a bike ride. the reception is smiling, direct, with a form of empathy that we find little in the trade. our immense surprise came from the gustative quality of the dishes. accustomed to starred restaurants, it has appeared to us that the creativity and originality that is deployed, the subtle talent to combine flavors are at the level of a large establishment. It is undoubtedly the restaurant not to miss from the island of oleron.

Une bonne sélection de plats frais. Je suis parfois méfiant envers la fusion culinaire, mais ayant été en Inde, en Thaïlande et au Japon, nous avons été très impressionnés par leur interprétation des plats. Ils n'ont pas cherché à imiter, mais ont apporté leur propre touche et cela a très bien fonctionné.

Quelle belle surprise d'avoir ce genre de cuisine sur l'îlot ! bel accueil, top et varié, très agréablement surpris nous sommes ravis et le repas était de très bonne qualité/riche/goût ! Vous devez recommencer !
