Le Balthazar - Réserver une table

La carte est un peu limitée mais tout l'intérêt de cet établissement est de proposer une cuisine basique mais avec des ingrédients d'excellente qualité. La plupart des plats sont accompagnés de pommes de terre au four. mais pas n'importe quelle vieille pomme de terre. Oh non, ce sont les meilleures pommes de terre locales que vous puissiez trouver, et elles sont cuites à la perfection dans le foyer sous vos yeux. J'ai choisi la saucisse bretonne et c'était délicieux. La laitue et les tomates étaient encore une fois les meilleurs produits locaux. Aucune comparaison avec ce que l'on trouve au supermarché. Les prix étaient très raisonnables pour une destination touristique très fréquentée et le personnel était très sympathique. Les soirs de grande affluence, vous devrez vous présenter avant 19h30 ou sinon faire une réservation.

for the excellent mussels, their specialty made of potatoes (never found so far in bretagna) , the fact that the children have eaten everything willingly (salad without vinagrette and potatoes with meat instead of fried, incredible!), courtesy and the local, deserve the maximum of votes. but they misunderstood an order and we found ourselves with a dish of only green salad and tomatoes, eaten willingly, but 11 euros is exaggerated. Careful only if you don't speak French well.

arrives in the rain, only the covered terrace offered 4 places. but very soon the very nice young waiter offered us to go back warm for lunch. lunch of a hell of a pork rib grilled on wood fire. Think, more or less 400g per person! We never had such a good one! all of us were happy and could not take anything else. Let's add a very nice chef, in a very nice setting! A real decouvert

It was not our first choice but we were not disappointed. warm welcome in this small restaurant where as soon as we go home we feel good. The card is original both in its presentation and in its dishes. few signs of fresh products... we love tasteful dishes, attentive service. a beautiful place to discover
