Le Bbleu Marine

In our week stay we ate in several restaurants in this area. This is not a flashy restaurant but I found the food to be delicate and delicious, the sauces were very good. And compared to other fixed menus at other places, I felt these menus were regularly changed. My one criticism, the very old fashioned and somewhat uninteresting vegetables peeled to uniform shapes and served to all, regardless of whether fish or meat had been ordered. But allowances made for lack of choice maybe? The Iles flotant was superb and my companions made similar observations about their puddings, nice to see pain perdu on a menu.I hope this chef will just continue push the boundaries and set himself apart and above the majority.

The place is quite cute with a tiny entrance door. We had the menu of the day. The salmon was too greasy and not tasty at all. I couldn’t eat it up. The main fish dish and the dessert quite ok. My partner’s tartiflette was just ok, but who orders à this alpine dish at Brittany’s seaside ? I would have loved a descent espresso, but the spoon would have been upright in the one I got. So no pleasure. Good, friendly service.

Nous avions été d'humeur à manger du homard en début de saison et ce restaurant avait été recommandé par l'hôte de notre hébergement. Nous n'avons pas été déçus par un bisque de haut niveau basé sur des carcasses de langoustin. le dessert était également au niveau. Un très bon moment.

Mostly seafood, convenient to the marina, great service. We had to book, even in May and it was well worth it. The food is excellent, tasty and well cooked. A very enjoyable evening,

Friendly helpful staff who also spoke English. Enjoyed the 23 euro menu food tasted good and the presentation also.
