Le Belle-vue - Réserver une table

Classic local restaurant with an Alsacian menu and nice ambience. We had the snails for starters, tartare for main and the special dessert of the day. Snails were good but strangely enough cooked and served without shells. This didn’t change the flavor, but took away some of the fun... The tartare on the other hand was delicious. Perfectly balanced acidity and just the right amount chopped delights mixed in. All in all very nice and worth a visit. We didn’t get to see the Belle view as it was dark, but given the location it probably does have a nice view.

A very goog restaurant in Guebershwir, without any pretence and quite friendly. The food there is rather common in its preparation, so don't expect any gastronomy but the wine and the food are well served and everything is quite good. The price is moderate, and the quality of the food is in the plate. You have interest to book in advance as it's very crowdy but no trouble with the waitresses (I haven't seen any waiters)... and I went there 3 times... Their desserts are wonderful, there we can speak about gastronomy. To be recommanded...

Fabulous food and great wine. The tarts flambee definitely the best we’ve had. Service excellent and sitting on the terrace afforded us beautiful views. Highly recommended

Delicious food in an otherwise generic looking restaurant, with a view to the valley below. The tarte flambee was the best we had during our entire holiday.

Enjoyed our family dinner very nice entrees (duck liver on gingerbread, escargot) and main dishes (Sandre with Spätzle, asparagus with veal, hmmmm).
