Le Bilboquet - Réserver une table

I visited this restaurant recently on a business trip to Tournon. On arrival we were met with a warm welcome by the waiter and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. My french business colleagues explained the menu in detail which seemed extensive. I am quite plain and ordered a steak but all other meals at the table looked exquisite and everyone cleared the plates. Desert was equally as good especially the chocolate dishes. The waiter was very helpful with all choices. My french colleagues have been on numerous ocasions so its true when they say always eat with the locals. I didnt see the bill but nobody left in tears so i assume value for money was achieved. I look forward to going back in the future.

Grande découverte de votre restaurant bistrot. Très bonne réception, efficacité de tout le personnel. Bien suivi par la cuisine dans la chambre. Très bonne nourriture. On a pris le savoyard... un plaisir. Un plat très chaud. Tiramisu et délicieuse île flottante. Valeur pour l'argent rien à dire. On reviendra. Le parking devant est parfait. Encore une terrasse. A bientôt.

This bistro is our favourite. The food is typical and simple french bistro. Every meal is well cooked. The menus are a very wide selection of local dishes. Charming terrasse and friendly staff.

We chose the 20 euro menu. Excellent salad starter and the fish course was good. Efficient service in pleasant surroundings. Mainly local clientele. Recommended.
