back on holiday, our stop is stopped at the ramparts. God!!! We opted for the bistrot side, not being there to make a gourmet meal, but we still expected a minimum of services, being in a 4-star hotel and having a starred restaurant michelin: when you come in, a smell of cuisine takes you in the nose, as well as a musical background of shakira, vamos dancar kuduro., will accompany your lunch. the waitress opens the bottle of wine and puts it on the table, it doesn't even bother to make you taste it, a shame because even in the bistroquet of the corner you get taste of the wine when you take a bottle. En formation! Il est évident que la plupart des employés sont très jeunes et formés pour devenir de grands serveurs. Mais les serveurs plus expérimentés étaient prêts à répondre à nos questions, nos plats étaient servis chauds (et la nourriture était bonne) et tous étaient sympathiques. Il est bon de savoir que certaines entreprises permettent à des jeunes en formation. Le restaurant était directement de notre hôtel, donc très pratique. Notre seul commentaire négatif serait que les tables sont très proches les unes des autres, donc il n'y a pas beaucoup d'intimité.
En ce qui concerne le service : l'équipe de jeunes gens était agréable et polie, mais clairement en besoin de formation. Parfois difficile d'attirer leur attention et peut-être pas assez de temps pour passer en revue les tables afin de s'assurer que tout est en ordre, mais sans vraiment de quoi se plaindre.
En termes de rapport qualité-prix : globalement, ce restaurant est bon mais pas extraordinaire, légèrement du côté cher pour la sélection et la présentation de qualité. Les convives auront un bon repas, mais peut-être pas époustouflant!
La nourriture était correcte, mais si je dépense autant pour un repas, je m'attends à une meilleure expérience. Nous étions l'une des premières tables à nous asseoir et à partir en dernier. Je pense qu'ils ont oublié de nous embaucher. Je n'ai pas pu trouver personne pour commander un autre verre de vin pendant que nous attendions. Ils auraient dû au moins rassembler les verres de vin.

super class frame, (maybe too much for a brewery), parking, excellent reception and good service (a little young team.) in the plate to have gone several times we're never disappointed! quality of products, quantity and tasty cuisine that remains classic. If I lived around, I'd make my canteen. a little more heat from the room team and it would be 10/10 for a brewery! bravo
following the advice of a friend we stopped for lunch disappointment reception cold foie gras medium 14 € nevertheless entrecôte 25 € served to the dripstick , frites frozen , fryed with fries and a cherry tomatoes , question presentation zero 0 pointed we expected to better dessert fine pie addition close to 100 € for 2 without alcohol1 coca 1 bte d'eau and 1 coffee
we were late there (late arrival in the hotel) and more from alternativeless guests. were thrilled by the good food, wein was good (after two starts the opening of the bottle through the waiter) and we were friendly served.
De l'extérieur, cela n'a pas l'air attrayant, mais le menu est charmant et varié. Les vins étaient super. La nourriture était bonne, le réceptionniste était désagréable mais sinon nous avons apprécié la soirée,

Was in the hotel we stayed in so convenient. Ambiance rather lacking. Food was good and service good. Had carafes of wine which we usually avoid but tried one and it was suprisingly very good
very nice room, nice staff. The frog thighs were missing taste and parsillad to our taste.
