When Mediterranean cuisine merges with Japanese cuisine, it gives IPPON and I was blown away! My God, what seasonings and combinations of subtle creativity in the chosen dishes! And to tell you the truth, I even made a small deviation from my budget line by asking for extra cheese just to taste the Apricot-Harissa condiment that accompanied it: This combination is surprising, really! One-on-one birthday meal. Pleasant and attentive service. A wine proposal (embriuns 2021) just to pair with the different dishes chosen. With this little smoky side worked so well in the current menu. Go there with an empty stomach and free taste buds!
