Le Bistrot de la Mairie

Well worth a visit - the food is delicious and the service is friendly and efficient. We opted to share the tomato, mozzarella and Parma ham salad which was enormous and we really should have shared a pizza too, instead of having one each! Anyway, both pizzas were delicious and the coffee afterwards was the best I've had in a long time. The bill came as a pleasant surprise - all in all a very enjoyable experience!

Visited with a large group of friends on a very hot evening - we sat outside, which was really nice. They have mainly pizzas on the menu, but also have some other dishes that were really good. The only thing I'd say is that the drinks seemed quite expensive compared to other restaurants in the area.

A very friendly, family pizzeria in the centre of Sisteron. Very good service, generous portions and an outside terrace (looking over the main car park near the Mairie), as well as clean toilets. The menu has a large range of salads and pizzas with local and speciality ingredients.

Food is very good and served in copious portions. Service is fast and courteous. Try spaghetti carbonara with vodka, not only it is a great dish, but also a great show as it is cooked in front of you.

Pizza baked in a wood-fired oven with Mozzarella di Buffala (specialty of Campania, Italy.) Good service and reasonable price (€25 for two.)
