"This is a really good family run restaurant, with a menu of traditional, local dishes. I enjoyed the perch with the specialty potatoes. I was there alone and made very welcome, and there were also families and groups of friends. Very popular with locals and...visitors."

It was between this and the restaurant next door. While we were outside reading the menu, one of the customers told us we would be stupid to not dine here. He said he comes at least 2x while he is visiting the island it is that good. Even the parking attendant sent us here. The owner of the restaurant offered us a round of champagne or wine on the house. The best french onion soup I have ever eaten. The boys got the lamb and girls both had the filet which were all to die for. Service was very friendly and accommodating. They did not rush the appetizers or the entrees. Will be coming back next time we visit St. Martin.

A breath of fresh air! After eating at other restaurants in the area, (Metabief, Jougne) most of which need a makeover as they are all from the this one was light, cheery and had a good atmosphere. We were welcomed with a big friendly...smile and the although the menu is local food, they have added a modern twist with the presentation of the food. There is a good choice on the menu, with generous portions and reasonable prices. Service was good and we will be going back very soon.

Group of people on a walking tour. Arrived at lunch time advertised opening time with welcoming sign open welcome plat de jour ..... and upon entry were told that the place is full for local work force lunch and not even a...chance to sit outside and wait. Basically were told to leave, not even sorry. Waste of space. Don't try if you are a tourist.
