J'ai mangé ici deux fois ces derniers mois. Les Bistros Du Boulevard ont traversé plusieurs années de médiocrité, mais je peux maintenant les recommander. J'ai emmené ma femme là-bas en octobre et nous avons eu un repas délicieux, et encore une fois le week-end dernier. La Tartiflette Pyrénées est délicieuse avec beaucoup de crêpes et de jambon, et même si je n'aime pas la fondue moi-même, mes amis ont vraiment apprécié. Je recommande cet endroit.
Nice place for a drink (or two) and a meal with friends and family. Casual atmosphere with young, dynamic waiters. Good food, not fancy. Excellent Irish coffee or mulled wine after a day on the mountain. The owner, Seb, loves to joke around with his clients. We've been going for years and will continue. A bientot, Seb.
My friend and I got in to Cauterets around 7pm after hiking in Gavarnie. We strolled around looking for something to eat, and this Bistrot seemed to be the only thing open. This ski town is dead in June. I ordered the Menu, with trout, for 15€, which I thought was overpriced. Service was pretty good though.
Good varied menu. There were 8 of us and there was something for everyone and we went there twice. Staff very polite and friendly. Food was very good. Totally recommend the duck and steak. Hamburger with foie gras was lovely and our daughter enjoyed the raclette. Reasonably priced. Réservez une table maintenant
Nous sommes venus ici un jour de pluie en vélo de sport. La dame nous a servi de délicieux sandwiches chauds avec une salade et bien sûr du café et une grande bière. Je pense que c'est un endroit agréable. Le service était très sympathique de toute façon.
Bel endroit, bonne nourriture (certains ont dit que c'était le meilleur burger jamais goûté), bonnes ondes et personnel très sympathique. Nous reviendrons.
