The first thing that sticks in my mind were the hosts: they were real, authentic and highly individualistic in a positive sense. The food is good, unusual and unlike you will find in too many other places. A couple of tips: (weather permitting) book a table outside so that you get a view of the Cathedral - and definitely book a table in advance; take cash (they don't accept credit cards)

in the context of the medieval village of Saint-Bertrand of comminges, a tiny restaurant for authentic cuisine, rich of pronounced tastes, organic, with local products. home foie gras, lamb with spices: a treat. we can choose any dish to treat each other. a mention to plates that allow the discovery of local products.

We loved this bistrot we discovered by chance. very recommended, the owner is the cook and prepares all traditional and classic recipes of French cuisine.

super small bistro with a very warm welcome thanks to martine and her husband. good food and a superb stage for Saint Jean of compostelle.
