Le Boetanik - Réserver une table

Great discovery in Yverdon, a few steps from the station. Although the restaurant was very full, the staff made the effort to find us a table for 5, without reservation. Well done! The menu deserves to be returned several times, it will have been difficult to make a choice. There is no shortage of vegetarian dishes. We had the veggie bagel (top! and the carrots available in 5 flavors (hats off! . Apart from their delicious dishes, the restaurant offers a friendly and warm place: super pleasant for a memorable evening.

At the beginning when I discovered this place I had a rather good impression, the magnificent decor under the veranda with lots of plants made me predict healthy and tasty food. Unfortunately every time I went back, I was disappointed. Minimalist plate paid at a high price, feeling of always being hungry after spending a fortune. And once a dish of the day with a really suspicious taste, not great. The straw that broke the camel's back: paying for tap water to save the climate. No, really.

Mainly vegetarian dishes, well made. Service can be very different depending on the person serving you: pleasant or quite cold. Quite disappointed with the value for money, I find it a little too expensive.

The fish was pretty good, but the accompaniment was pretty poor. The fries weren't very good either. And the cold coffee isn't great, for the price it could be better.

Very nice whether for a coffee break but especially tea or a meal. Nice address in Yverdon.
