Le Botanik bietet sehr gutes Essen in einer entspannten und unkomplizierten Atmosphäre.Daumen hoch bis zum Serviceteam für den freundlichen und lächelnden Service während des gesamten Abendessens.Die Speisekarte ist kurz und konzentriert sich auf saisonale Produkte. Als Vorspeise genoss ich eine erfrischende und sehr schmackhafte Gazpacho. Als Hauptgericht habe ich den Fang des Tages (gebratene Bachforelle) mit Gemüse gewählt ein wahres Highlight, da der Fisch frisch und perfekt zubereitet war. Es kam auch als viel großzügige Portion heraus. Als süß verwöhnte ich mich mit einem leckeren Pfirsichkuchen mit Aprik...
Second eating experience, again very disappointed... a vegetarian bowl (19. very untasty, even quite bland, served in 3 minutes tops. You can tell from the taste that the food has already been ready in the fridge for a few days and that the pasta is overcooked. It's a real shame because the setting is very nice, the service friendly with a local drinks menu. I think there are some adjustments to be made in terms of food.
très jolie terrasse, j'ai pris le bol marqué végétalien sur la carte, mais en fait leur étiquette signifie que le plat peut être fait végétalien sur demande (il y a du yaourt de vache dans si vous ne spécifiez pas). Assurez-vous de préciser que vous commandez la version végétalienne. sans le yaourt, le plat était trop sec, pas mauvais, mais pas génial.
Poor menu (lunch meal, evening is better), almost no dishes without olives or dried tomatoes for those who don't like them. Too little dressing in the salad. Not great service, not meeting the waitress during the salad to ask for more sauce or bread. Original setting but disappointed.

We ate well, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant… On the other hand, I find it really unfortunate that the kitchen already closes at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday evenings…
Cooles Café mit hippen Design. Der Kaffee war gut, jedoch sind die Preise eher hoch für Yverdon.
