came once and surprised at the kitchen I came back to enjoy new dishes that remain beautiful. practicing gourmet restaurants every day by my profession I remain convinced that this one is part of it. having taken the tasting menu (7 dishes) we were delighted from the beginning to the end. However, dessert despite its excellence does not reveal itself at the level of dishes. cooking was perfect from beginning to end. I recommend the eyes closed. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons été déçus par le déjeuner. Je suis allé avec quelques amis qui connaissent bien l'endroit, mais malheureusement nous sommes tombés un mauvais jour. Un beurre blanc insipide et sablonneux, façon étrange de faire du beurre blanc !!!! Un morceau de bœuf pas tendre malgré un retour, le deuxième n'était pas meilleur. J'ai pris le gommage excellent, les desserts étaient corrects.
very nice place to have lunch along the louet, outside. We celebrated a family anniversary there. the tables are well spaced and the service is impeccable. very good savennières served (I recommend the butterfly mulonnière effect.) small garden lounge also installed to digest at the waterfront (you can swim.) not to stop at the two stars of the hotel, the restaurant is worth more.
After several years without going to the bosquet to have been disappointed in the past, I look forward to being able to recommend it again.
